I have used similar lower priced. Make sure the fitment before tighten the valve cover.
If checking this, OK.

If hole for bolt does not line up, gasket can be ripped when tighten or removed.
Especially the curved area cyl 2,3 exhaust side. Gasket can collide with Cam holder and need to be dressed a little with a scissor, if not hole(s) will not line up with head, gasket will be damaged. A ripped part of that gasket can fall inside cam chain tunnel.
I know somehow, more than once ;) Strange fibers later found in the pan...

Honda is very good, can be reused several times when lifting cover and back again as Hondas other gaskets.  (Light green)
Only time I have damaged them is with additional sealer that made it to stick to cover and  broke when lifting cover.

Whoever makes those gaskets sells them thru several outlets (I get them from CB750Supply). The only issue I have had with them is the middle top portion in your picture, where they are a little bit skinny around the cam chain tunnel's seal zone. They can weep there on a hot day, so I use a little Hondabond on at least one side of them there. All of the other brands are wider thru that zone and don't usually need any sealant.

Flip the gasket over if holes don’t line up.

There is a trick car guys use. They  use it on oil pans and valve covers.
It involves several studs you run in first to hold the gasket in critical place. Then after cover is in place,  start a few stews to hold cover down and it won't move. Then you pul the first guide studs out, and insert proper screws.
The guide studs need not be very long, with a screwdriver slot in the end, you can turn them out to remove. .
 Easy peasy....

Frank...... what a great idea. I will make a set. I’ve also used cheap wooden chop sticks. Cut  the square end off the top, use the pointy end in the hole. Not so easy to line up on the head (especially when no one else is around!).
