Likely you will need to change idle/pilot jets and maybe main jets...only way to really tune effectively without Dino or an air-fuel meter / gas analyzer is by doing plug chops. I am sticking with stock air box and unless you intend to have a modified motor you are far better off staying with the air box. Seriously...it is so so much easier...

My stock box is not in great shape. For now I'm making sure the motor runs, I have compression, and need to pick up a battery for the electronics. But I'm more then likely going to drop a hot can in
