Benvenuto Claudio

guessing from name that you are in italy, where? im from Milano but stuck in Biella due to lockdown.

if you are in the north, try talking with flavio http://crispicorse.com/

or try also member ttr400 here, he also has a site: http://www.ttr400.com/

if it's a rare special rod i dont think you have many chances to find one sitting waiting just for you, but who knows... i am a 500/4 guy, so cant help you much

You may have hit a dead end.
I suspect this is a set of pistons and rods made for another motorcycle engine model. I don't know of any database of big end bore, rod length, pin bore, pin to crown dimension, and cylinder bore for motorcycle engines. That looks like a factory rod to me - aftermarket rods are usually "pretty" without the forging stamps and rough surface of factory rods.
I suppose Carrillo could make you a set of four to work... what's your budget?
Or get a new 466 piston kit that uses the stock rods. A "white box" kit costs less than one Carrillo rod. A name brand kit is still reasonable.

Years back there was some suggestion that VT250 rods can be used for a 400f with a larger gudgeon pin, although I can't remember if they were 14mm or 15mm.

However, I never pursued it as I remembered a local stock VT250 snapping a rod when it was pretty new.
