Front tire is a Dunlop F11, DOT code NA3335. Tread at 50%
Bike has 10,800 miles and has not been ridden since 1993.

Hmm. I'm pretty sure my bike has the same tires and they're definitely not the originals. I could be wrong though.

there is usually a decal on the chain guard called a tire mark that has the names of the tires the bike was equipped with. The manual might also state this.
I know my 75 550F has this.

Probably not original tires with two different models on there and at least 12 years from production of the bike

Date codes don't correspond to any tire produced after the year 2000. There usually is a DOT in front of the number which you don't mention and would be on a 2000+ model year of tire too. The general thought is usually 5 years old unless there are extenuating reasons to keep them a little longer.

When in doubt change them out  ???

I'm not sure why it matters. If the tires are from 1993 or before they should be replaced.

I'm considering selling the bike. It is 100% stock, and was thinking original tires would be a plus.
Am I not correct on this?

Not unless the bike is going to a museum!
I would not recommend riding a bike with 39 year old tires.
Most buyers would rather have new tires than having to go through the time and expense of new tires and tubes.

Original tires on a museum piece Sandcast would be cool and maybe add some value. I can't imagine it would make a difference on a 3rd year 650.

THe original Flintstones from the factory in 1981 would be worn or date coded out after 12 years, so likely someone switched to Dunlop tires. Honda would not have put two different models of Dunlop tires in model K627's on the front and a Dunlop F11 on the rear. Possibly the owner needed to switch to those two Dunlop combinations, as the only combination that would fit the rims. Maybe it was a thing back in 1993, as a performance handling package. :) :o

Install new tires and if the new owner wants the old tires....... then here you go sir!

I bought a 1980 CB 650 and it came with the same Dunlop's that you listed when it was new.

I can guarantee they are not the original set, more likely the second set. They only lasted me about 3k miles, most people 4k to 5k miles before they were bald.
