I read the whole thing, amused at the content.  It wasn't until I looked back at it that I realized I hadn't read the main title of the ad... that's when I laughed out loud... "Please don't buy my . . . . "

This reminds me of the story about the guy that sees an ad for a nearly new Mercedes for $500. He figures it's a typo, but decides to answer the ad. The lady explains that her husband ran off with his secretary, and sent a telegram from Las Vegas: Need money. Sell the Mercedes and send me the cash. ;D

Good ad!   The location is S. Austin, near my office [that I now dont go to]
