Topic: Anyone know if Cycle X is open?

I tried ringing 5 or 6 times during the last week to order some parts from Cycle X but I can't get through.

Anyone know if they are open at the moment?

I spoke to them two weeks ago. I recieved a fork upgrade kit in the mail last Friday.

I know wisconsin is in lockdown , essential businesses only , auto repair ok but i don't know about bike shops . They should of put up a recording either way .

I spoke with ken on the phone on friday- they are open as they are considered an essential business i guess. He said they were working hard to catch up on orders so you probably just caught them at a bad time.

I got an email from them less than a week ago.  That's all I can say.

I tried to buy some gasser pipes from them, the guy told me they werent making any right now... he was pretty unhelpful and didnt take my info, idk how ill know when theyre available. He sounded like he couldve gave a #$%* less about my $500 bucks.
