Topic: 1975 cb wiring harness

Hi ordered a main wire harness for my 1975 cb550 from cmnsl and they have sent me a later model one I think.. the harness they sent me has a white 5 wire connector in the headlight and mine only has bullet connections. Is there a way around this by changing the connectors to bullets...any help or suggestion would be appreciated, I know I could send it back but apart from being out of pocket for return postage I already fitted the harness, the old harness was trashed and I didn't realise it wouldn't match up until I started to hook it up

Short answer. No. Pain, but get the correct harness, otherwise you will go mad.
