I am rebuilding the top end of my 77 CB550F. After I lap the valves, does it matter what I lubricate the valve stems with? I have heard "Engine Assembly" lube, but I don't have any on hand at the moment. I have White Lithium Grease and General Purpose oil on hand. Will either of these harm any components?
