Spark plug wires

I am putting together a 77 cb750 bobber.  I am going to use a Santee box for the electrical.  I was wondering if it would damage the spark plug wires if I ran them through holes in the head? Just looking for ways to route them.

You will be fine running them through the jugs. You will get a grip of more specific resources at hondachopper.com
