The side stand was bent and missing the nut, I found a replacement on Ebay and swapped them out.

Over the winter I had Hondaman rebuild the swing arm and swap out the shock bushings. Also replaced the old shocks with some ikons.

Your posts got me working on my K1 yesterday. Fired right up and as soon as it gets a bit warmer, will take it out. Your comments got me checking swing arm play. Mine still seems fine. I knock out the Honda lubricators on my swing arm through bolts, then drill and tap them for proper grease nipples. Pumped in some fresh grease.

Nice!! I think my rear shocks were shot, as the ride has much improved. I have new progressive front springs, but I haven't had the time to swap those out yet. It's much nicer having the zerk fittings.

I had to dress my brake caliper pucks on the sides to keep them from sticking.

I got some Progressive springs from vintagecb750 that cost so little I couldn’t resist. They were on sale a few years ago. Nice improvement and easy fit.

Nice! I'll probably go with tapered head bearing and replace my fork seals when I change my springs.

Sourced some rear wheel parts for the Lester wheels, as I want to keep my original stock wheels together if I want to swap back quickly.

Swapped out my k1 seat latch for a later model, thanks to Frank for sending the needed parts. Found this seat on Ebay and the seller was willing to ship from Italy. Thanks to Sean for the tire recommendations, the Avon road rider mk2 are great so far.
