Gidday,

Anyone in Australia (Gold Coast) know where I can get a filter from? OEM part number: 16952-341-671. Mine has a hole in it, which is not ideal.

I can order one, however, they're on backorder from Japan with no ETA due to something called Covid? Never heard of it.

I'm even happy to run a secondhand one that doesn't have a hole in it until I can get a new one delivered. Anyone have a reliable wrecker perhaps?

Cheers.

I thought the first 550 had the 500 type not the screwed boss.
That part number comes up on ebay in US but not cheap
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Nope, it's definitely screw in.

I'm less concerned with the price and more concerned with the shipping times. I can order one from Japan for ~$60USD landed, but the ETA is FK (f*ck knows).

did you check cmsnl or david silver spares? david silver has two sites, one for us and one for europe.
both cmsnl and david silver might have it and you can compare then cost and shipping times. or just punch the part number into google and see what vendors come up.
