'77 USA spec 400/4 Parts manual?

Does anyone have a parts manual for a USA spec 1977 CB400F?
I thought I had a supplement to the '75/'76 parts manual but can not locate it.

The parts lists all include the 'A' models, area code for US. In the first view pages you will find all codes listed with the engine- and framenunmbers. Where a part is exclusive for the US (or other markets for that matter), you will find it specified in the pages under Area Code.
