350f Power issues
« on: May 27, 2020, 09:36:43 AM »
I have a 74 cb350f that had the engine completely destroyed. Recently I found a 400f engine in pristine working order that I swapped myself as a first time big project on this bike. The bike was running great as everything went smoothly so I took it out yesterday for a first official ride that wasn't up and down my street when finally all power was lost after 5 minutes of perfect riding. I tried kick starting and the downhill neutral to gear start but it wouldn't budge.

I thought the battery was just dead as there was no electricity anywhere so I charged it up and made sure it was fully charged but I am still getting no power on the key turning ignition no lights no kick start no nothing. From my quick inexperienced glance every connection seemed in check as well so I am at a stand still.

Anyone have some ideas?

fuse, it has one fuse in a link on the left side, by the starter relay.
If it ain't raining, I'm riding.....~~{iii}?~~prost

If it sounds like I know what I'm talking about, it's because I cut and pasted from someone else.
