Wheel bearing retainer flushness

Hello!
I'm doing the bearings for the first time and I've put the retainer on so that it lines up with the peen marks ... But it didn't seem flush enough to me. Thoughts? Tighten more?

I dunno if you can get another quarter turn on that or not.
I've got a set of 750 wheels I'll be doing bearings on soon so I'm interested to know as well.

Is the bearing on the threaded side seated all the way down? Turn the retaining ring till it bottoms out.
