new Exhaust
« on: May 31, 2020, 08:59:04 am »
I would like to purchase a new after market exhaust for my 1976 CB750A.  Would anyone recommend a few companies to look at?  Also, would a Cb750F exhaust work?

Thanks

I would also be interested in hearing what others know about replacement exhaust.

I know that there was a M.A.C. set available.
Seems it's still up on their webstite, but most other online retailers have taken it down, so I'm not sure what is going on there.
Yet besides, living outside of the U.S.A., this system becomes prohibitively expensive (like, same value as the bike expensive)

A F exhaust SHOULD work but being that it has a -393 part number vs a -392 the difference MAY only be the muffler mount??
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Probably, someone who's done it will be along.
The muffler mount might need a small bracket fabricated.
Does your bike have spigots or studs?

It came with the allen studs. I removed the MAC and installed new 341's on the K3.

The spigots are already on the MAC pipes. They are actually part of the pipe. You can see them on the picture.

Delkevic does not carry one anymore.  I will check with MAC.  Issue is the larger oil pan.
