Topic: Cast Aluminum Side Cover for CB750

I just came into possession of this cast aluminum sidecover for the right side (oil tank). I stripped decades of paint off of it so I can polish it. Must've had 5 or six colors over the years, with primer between each one. Anyone know any history behind them and where I could find an electronics cover for the left side? Thanks.

That's a rare piece of history right there, you don't see those very often.
