Topic: Touch up for gas tank emblem on a 74 CB550

Looking to brush touch some very small sections of the "white" on the tank emblem. It's not worth it to me to pull them and repaint, just want to neaten up the original look. It's obviously a very off white, and maybe faded with time. Does anyone know of a paint code for a modern vehicle, car or bike, that's a close match?

If the paint is not "yellowed" with age, this should be pretty darn close. Got it at a local hardware store.

Thanks, it's definitely yellowed, to antique white at least.

You could buy pinstriping paint and do it carefully by hand painting over the entire thing.  If you're uncomfortable there's shops out there that can probably do this for you relatively cheap.  Ask a body shop who they use for pinstripe work.
