What Exhaust is this?

Hey everyone,

I'm planning my CB750k build (78) and was wondering what is the exhaust used in this attached picture? I've seen it in many pictures online but I have failed to ever find it.

A bit over the budget I was hoping for, but it's gonna be a while before I need to put the exhaust on anyways so we'll see happens.

Are all 750 exhausts compatible with all years? (Specifically 1978)
