Does Rick's have the market cornered on rectifier/regulator for lithium?

I'm a budget builder and I'm not looking to drop 300 bucks on a battery, rectifier combo. Are there other options for upgrading to a smaller battery?

Oregon Motorcycle Parts sells an adjustable regulator for $56 plus shipping, last time I checked.
