Cycle X clutch - any feed back
« on: April 28, 2012, 12:42:20 PM »
Hello
Wondering if any one has used a Cycle X clutch on their CB750 and what they think about it.  Or if you recomend a different brand or supplier

Thanks Scott

Why no replies to this question? Here we are 8 years later and I am asking same question. Surely there are a few members of this forum that have tried CycleX parts?  The specific Cycle X reviews I am looking for would be on their sohc cb750 clutch kit, and chains (cam and/or primary).

Search and you'l find. It has been up before.
Mine could stick together over night rather well. Had to rock bike forward- backward for release before start.
I'm sure they can handle a lot without slipping.

Cruzinimage.net has good working clutch for $27US.
My K2 got one last week.

Late clutch, outer disc has wider tabs and is slanted

Earlier

My K6 had CruzinImage clutchwith 836cc and more, 81whp. I got some slip with 1000cc so I changed to EBC just for sure.

For a stock bike a very good alternative. No dragging nor sticking as the Cycle X clutch fiber discs I tested.
