She`s still looking hot too.. here she is a few years back:
Damn!!!!!......Ann needs to lay off the chili dogs!!!!!! That was Wynonna in there too...right? I don't like her (she said "life is too short to spend with an ugly man"). I read that somewhere years ago. Then I looked at her and thought she wasn't even remotely hot herself.....I'd take her little sister Ashley in a heartbeat though!!!

Saw Belinda Carlisle perform at the Radio 1 roadshow (a national tour by what was the UK's biggest radio station) in Blackpool over 15 years ago 8) We were right at the front, and even taking into account I was still a teenager then, man was she hot ;D

Saw Susanna Hoffs play a club in London about 3 years ago, in support of the solo album she had out, you wouldn't think it from the old Bangles stuff or from the size of her (she really is tiny), but her vocal range, and her control, is stunning:o
Plus, in my opinion she's better looking now than she ever was back then :)  In fact, she is now definitely on the list of women I'd leave MrsD for ;D  As if I'd stand a chance ::)

Susanna Hoffs is also in Austin Powers, as part of the band Ming Tea (the "Laugh In" type bits) I believe she's married to Jay Roach, the director.

Charo is either 56 or 66 now, depending on whether she was born in 1951 or the disputed 1941.  If it was 1951, she married Xavier Cugat when she was 15.  :o ::)

When I was a week tike, I remember seeing her on the Mike Douglas show.  That'd put her in her 70's unless she was about 12 when she was on his show.

<ot>oes Xavier Cugat win the prize for cool names?  I mean, his name alone would help him pick up women.  "Hi, I'm Xavier Cugat.  Can I buy you a drink?"</ot>

I'm going straight to the end of the thread, so sorry if this is repetition:

Carlos Santana when he was 'good' ie the early stuff up to the '80s.

Lindsey Buckingham (he of Fleetwood Mac). Listen to his acoustic version of Big Love.

The two leads in Thin Lizzy and Wishbone Ash; can't remember their names.

You're only as old as the woman you feel.

Ah, thems were the days, when music was not produced by cookie-cutter bands, and there was a modicum of talent around too......

y'know, i'm reading this thread and it seems that you heard in 90% the electric guitar only. I like to go to the roots, so switch off the amps, take from their hand the pick, and what do you have? From names above only very few would stand. Switch off the fuzzes, and all electric/electronic gizmos, and then try to beat....
Billy Mclaughlin (do NOT mistake him with John), Don Ross, Wiliam Coulter.
try to find thoise - you will hear what a REAL skill sounds like....
That's all i'm saying....
