I can blow air through the slow jets on carburetors 1,2, and 4, but not 3. These are pressed in jets and not removable. I can slide a wire through the openings of all 4 slow jets, but the wire does not go as deep into the carburetor on #3 as it does on the other 3 carbs.
I'm looking for a diagram and/or suggestions. Thanks.

I made a thread where I removed a slow jet from a set of 81 vb44a carbs with pictures not sure how to link maybe look at my post history.

I finally got the blockage cleared. After many 30 minute sessions in the ultrasonic cleaner (about 4 hours total), I was able to to brake through. Between ultrasonic sessions, I used compressed air, carb cleaner, and picking through the jet with a .011" wire.
Unfortunately, the carbs grayed quite a bit from too much time in the ultrasonic cleaner. I may try some polishing compound and a tooth brush to brighten them back up.
