No matter, I like them both. I love Mikuni carbs, my last new one (HSR42 on my Sportster) was super easy to set up, so I’m hoping the RS34’s are the same, but either way, I’m going, I bought my tickets and booked my accommodation yesterday, so it’ll be a great weekend either way!

Went on a 40 mile ride yesterday. Met a fellow rider at Rainbow drive-in for breakfast and rode around Haunama Bay and Sandy Beach, turned around at Makapuu and hit the winding roads back to Honolulu. my riding partner has a Kawi 750 motor in a 500 frame so i was playing catch up the whole way.

  My brothers late friend put a kawisaki 750 in a 500 frame, he was fooling a guy that had put a 900 kit on his cb750 over the winter. He thought he would surprise the Kawi and finally outrun him. Didn't happen. That bike was scary fast. ported and piped it didn't seem to ever lose rpm on the shift.
