As the weather deteriorates on top of the world, down under it's warming up. To keep sane during the last 8 months of various stages of lockdown, I've been keeping busy at home with 4 separate bike builds, two Kawasaki's, and 2 CB750's. My last ride on my F2 was 10 miles on Oct 25th, the bike is slowly coming back to life after 10 years parked, forgotten, in someone's carport.

I thought I'd fixed the leaking tank with a tank liner and some JB Weld, but made a fatal mistake which allowed a dribble of gas down my new paint. I've since fixed the leak (fingers crossed) and when the 25 Km (15 mile) lockdown restriction is lifted next week, I'll be doing my first 100 miler since June.(?)
Covid-19 has all but disappeared here in Oz with no new cases or deaths in my state (the worst hit) for the last 5 days, and only 3 new cases in Sydney, and none anywhere else. I was really pleased to walk thru the local shopping mall for the first time today to see all the stores, cafes, food courts etc open for the first time in 18(?) weeks. The situation is fragile, masks are still mandatory everywhere, but the country is starting to wake up after a long period of misery. I'm really looking forward to getting back out on my favourite roads on the F2 and my other bikes from next week, and hopefully my K0 by Christmas.
