I debated a guy, that believed that Earth was flat. He got so mad, he stormed off saying he would walk to the edge of the Earth to prove me wrong. He'll come around eventually.

It sounds like you won the debate mate, you must be a Master debater! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

My grandkids saw the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile on the highway, the middle one asked, why is that real?

Why....does he think that board, likely pine, is going to protect him from 1/2 ton of force if that spring hits him?

I have done front McPherson struts on cars...you must respect the springs as they can kill you...

I think he's hoping the board will evenly distribute the impact THIS time. His forehead looks freshly bruised above his right eye.

Natural Selection normally would be the term used by scientist for the thinning of the gene pool to eliminate stupidity from the gene pool. Modern emergency medicine has interfered with this process in America.

That’s one of the few benefits if Covid 19, its actively demonstrating Darwin’s theory of natural selection. Those smart enough to do everything in their power to avoid transmission will live to produce smart kids, while all the dumbasses who think it’s a joke and refuse to wear a mask, social distance, get the jab etc, will die out, making society a smarter environment. Not sure where the villages will get their idiots from in the future though....? ;D

Yep, I've never read the bible (or my CB750 workshop manual from cover to cover) but "The meek shall inherit the earth" (if we assume that educated, intelligent people are the "Meek") is actually happening. It's just tragic that so many good "Meeksters" have died while the politicians dithered, and pretended that it was just something that was gonna one day disappear, as if by magic........ ;D

Probably naybe not a mood lightener Don, but  your joke reminded me that when I was 18 I bought a shiny new CB750F (1975 model, NOS, the dealers couldn't give them away back then) and was out on a ride when a big German Shepherd ran out from his yard and launched himself at me, almost taking me and the bike out. I went home, and the next day was driving my old "Valiant VIP" in the same street, and once again, the dog ran straight at me, so I opened the door and accellerated, and bowled him big time.

A couple of days later I was at a local disco and a girl that a friend was trying to set me up with was telling me how sad she was that some baastard had run over her dog. She then went on to tell me that a neighbour saw it and knew what make and model of car hit it, and the color. Luckily for me, they didn't get the license plate. I excused myself and slunk out to the carpark and drove my car home quietly........ ;D

I walked through the house with the float bowls off..., sounded like music coming from the floats so I decided to do a short audio recording.

Dad joke: "I haven't gotten around to tuning them yet."
Family: "We don't get it."
