Done with ebay selling
« on: July 29, 2020, 05:52:35 AM »
Had some parts that I no longer needed. Listed 10 items and sold 8. Two never paid and one said they never received it and wants a refund although tracking number stated was delivered. Have sold for 15 years and never had any problems before. Between fees and shipping charges it is questionable if I have anything left. Have I just hit a bad streak?

If you sent the "lost" part via Priority there should be a certain amount of insurance coverage that is automatic. Maybe a porch pirate got it unless the buyer is lying. The no pays are a hassle and a pain in the arse but you should get your fees back.   Always fun dealing with the public !

Gets like that mate.  Bloody ebay. I just sold a few things on marketplace without any hiccups or fees.

I just about never ship through the post office anymore. Unfortunately the majority of eBay sellers do. I’m waiting 2 Arlen ness springers that have been delayed according to usps tracking. Why would someone ship a springer through the post office???

Be sure you insure everything.
