Did 750K Rear Brake Hub Size Ever Change?
« on: July 29, 2020, 11:39:16 AM »
I'm buying a wheel that is a later K model hub laced on a 16" harley rim. Seller told me the brake hub insert wont fit off of my 1972 parts bike.

The problem is I looked up 72 and 78 K models on the fiche, and there are 3-4 options offered on the later model (different looking exterior). But no info on the size there.

I just need to order the correct insert from ebay, if 1972 won't fit a later year.

I think hubs will fit, it is the sprocket carrier that differ. 78 is wider.

Yep, yup, uh huh, affirmative, but don't venture past 78, they get different on dohc.
