Hi, this is Evan W. I started riding a Zundapp scooter when I was in high school. I lusted after a Zundapp Super Sabre but it was forbidden. Still, I had a lot of fun riding the back roads of Butte County. In ‘68, just out of the army, I had the use of a Bonneville for part of the summer. That was great! In the ‘70’s I owned a Yamaha DT-1 that was a lot like the Super Sabre. I bought my CB350F in 2006. It was in running condition, but a little rough. It had been wrecked, the tank dented and some of the front end parts were from a CB 350 twin. I rode it regularly and worked on it bit by bit and got it pretty well cleaned up. A change in circumstances meant that I rode less frequently and the bike developed carburetor problems and was put aside for a number of years. This spring I under took to get it going and was mostly but not entirely successful.

My sense is that this space is for introductions, not technical problems, so I look forward to more experience members to point me in the right direction for this.

Thanks for providing this great resource!

Welcome from Lake Superior,

The technical forums will give you advise to get the bike running 100%.
