750K-750F2 valve seats. Are the angles the same
« on: August 12, 2020, 01:11:35 AM »
The 750F2 models have larger valves than the K models.
Aside from the size difference in the valves are the seat angles exactly the same as the K type ones ?,
Intakes 30(throat) 45(seat) 60(chamber)
Exhaust 26(throat) 45(seat)60(chamber).
I have no literature on the F2 type ones.
Asking this because I intend to take my F2 head to get the valves and seats touched up.
Maybe it does not matter because a good engine re-conditioner should be able to work it out?, I don't know.
Thanks.

30, 45 and 60 are pretty standard. That's what I use.

Thanks Mike, so you use those angles on the exhausts as well?
