I'm posting this question here because I didn't know where else to put it, so my apologies up front if I screwed up.
I recently placed and order with Honda Parts Direct (August 6). They have a warning on their home page that it would take 10-14 days to ship items due to COVID. I decided I needed to add a few parts, so I tried calling them 4 separated days, and sent two emails. All I got was an answering machine. I know someone is listening to voicemails because their mailbox was full one day and working the next. It' has been 14 days since I ordered, and the order still shows as "processing". So far they have completely ghosted me. I've dealt with them before and had no problem. Does anyone know what's up?
