Honda Parts Direct - Nobody's Home

I'm posting this question here because I didn't know where else to put it, so my apologies up front if I screwed up.

I recently placed and order with Honda Parts Direct (August 6).  They have a warning on their home page that it would take 10-14 days to ship items due to COVID.  I decided I needed to add a few parts, so I tried calling them 4 separated days, and sent two emails.  All I got was an answering machine.  I know someone is listening to voicemails because their mailbox was full one day and working the next.  It' has been 14 days since I ordered, and the order still shows as "processing".  So far they have completely ghosted me.  I've dealt with them before and had no problem.  Does anyone know what's up?

Same with BikeBandit.  I ordered and paid for some parts over a month ago.

These places do NOT stock old parts. They pull from Honda warehouses which must get them from Japan which often gets them from other countries. COVID. International shipping.

I'm not worried about the delays, I'm worried that they're not even answering the phone or emails.

 They may have had an in store case of covid or something. I've notcied the mail getting slower since before all of the recent hubub. 
  Or maybe the telephone lady is tired of getting yelled at. lol.

I finally got ahold of Chuck at HPD.  Their phones had been down for quite a while.  They're still operating, but he said that lots of warehouses are either closed or way behind schedule.  It turns out that I know his son-in-law, and that we actually worked for the same company until I switched jobs last year.  Small world.
