The parts manual for my 1972 K2 restoration project shows there is a wire cord tube that goes somewhere in the back of the bike. However, it doesn't show in the breakdown where it goes. I am guessing it has to do with protecting the tail light and turn signal wires around the rear fender area. I have also noticed this item is extremely hard to find. Any suggestions? It is item 11 on the F-33 Wire Harness section of the manual.
