SA2020 helmets
« on: October 01, 2020, 01:20:23 PM »
I think today is the first day you can buy a sa2020 helmet, The new 2015's are marked down about a third. It might be the time to grab an upgraded helmet.
I already spent my allowance for the month, on property taxes. L0L! . Well, cast iron ram air manifolds, A drag race, two pushrods, a torque wrench for rocker arms and an OD unit. I went through the rat hole money too. Maybe Santa will get me one.

Don...... I’ve only ever raced with Bell full face helmets (Usually a “Sport”), since 1970. Last year I was trolling around EBay and spotted ZAMP Helmets. They were priced so decently, I just ordered one. Terrific, fits me perfectly, and very light! This year, the little serrated washer that holds the visor open snapped. Contacted their service dept. and a very pleasant person sent me a new one immediately (small charge for shipping, part was free). It fits, I’m pleased. Check them out!

My buddy said take the deal on the SA2015, a helmet shouldn't last more than five years anyway.
