This is not a discussion on *whether or not to use a steering damper*... just a question about the hole on the lower triple tree on CB750s that is commonly used to mount them... does anyone know offhand the bolt diameter and thread pitch?  I couldn't find anything laying about that quite worked, and hoping someone can ID this before I head to the hardware store to buy a bolt.
