Who sells a very basic(even plastic)and cheap ultrasonic cleaner ? I don't have a shop,just an apartment for now.

There are plenty on eBay.
I bought a 3L version a few weeks ago.
Same seller has larger versions.
Shipping will be the choice. Probably better to filter result closer to you.

 Someone mentioned siliconing a vibrating sander to the bottom of a plastic tub. I'm not sure how serious it was but it sounded like they believe it worked.
