  • I love to restore & travel. Keep'em Going Strong !
Has anyone tried this Castrol Actevo 4T oil in their vintage Honda:how does it rate to you ?
I'm not trying to start an 'oil thread',just want someone's experienced opinion before I pour it in.
I've been running Shell Rotella T4 15/40 truck oil and i think it's non-detergent,I may have collected a little sludge
75' CB400F/'bunch o' parts' & 81' CB125S modded to a 'CB200S'
I love the small ones too !
Do your BEST...nobody can take that away from you.

I run Actevo 20W50 in my 2015 FLHTP Police unit, had good luck so far
It'd be fine for your 400F, go for it!

I just use the regular Castrol 4Stroke Motorcycle Oil, with excellent results. The Actevo is a semi synthetic, so just wondering what effect it will have on clutch plates?
