« on: December 24, 2020, 08:16:39 PM »
GREEN and RED is the clutch switch. When pulling the clutch, it should connect to ground (green) so i could just splice G/R directly to GREEN to by pass the stock switch? thanks for all the help out there, the build has been a lot smoother since i joined this forum! thanks again. hoping to have it ready for a Xmas day putt. merry Christmas y'all from Santa Cruz

If you are talking about the clutch safety switch, it must make (when the bike is NOT in neutral) in order for the start button to work. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish?

Nope it makes contact when the lever is pulled and if the green neutral light is on it has no effect on starting.
To the OP yes just join the wires in the shell to bypass the switch

Either connect the clutch switch wires... or remove them entirely and connect the solenoid connection (where red/green connects) directly to ground.
