Well Squirrel continues to be her usual temperamental self but I wouldn't expect anything less. I picked up the front wheel from having the tire mounted yesterday but it would not go on. The tire was hitting the brake caliper. I pulled that and then it hits the fender bracket. I took the bracket off the fender so I could see everything better and started trimming it a bit. I relocated the mounting holes a little higher up but the bracket will not clear once its mounted on top of the caliper. Can't put the bracket under the caliper either as then the caliper hits the rim. Here's how I left things today to get some lunch. This is the left side.

Not sure what I'm going to do just yet but I have some options. I could order a Tarozzi brace and temporarily put that on and run no front fender. Sure like to have at least a shorty fender on though.
I could find another fender bracket and reinstall the 19" wheel and run the fender and braces exactly as I had them. Right now this is probably what I'll do in the mean time after finding a bracket (mine is too short to work on the 19 now).
Cal had a good idea of cutting the bracket down the middle and widening it a bit so that the legs are completely vertical.
Think those are my options right now although I'd like to see pics of the Motolana fender bracket as that may be an option as well but they're out of stock at the moment.
The offset sprocket is supposed to arrive today. Once it shows I'll be able to install it and see if the sprockets will be inline and whether or not the chain clearance is acceptable. If it is then I can put the majority of the bike back together and get everything tightened down.
