4 th pic from Razz, shows a lot of it in that top view. Gives a general idea.
The one with adjusters , should be the one the throttle cable is attached  to. The other carb has a linkage that follows the first carb.  Some of them only have one screw for adjusting.
We can make a diagram later , or  get  a side shot of these parts  from a set that is apart. Some MPD manifolds are split.
 Do you have a 1 or 2 pc's manifold ?
The little block that attaches cable is pretty easy to make, can make a little drawing, later today.

Is this a set that ran before, or are you adding carbs , not used on the manifold before .?
On the ends of throttle shafts, are there any linkage bits ? If there is can you post a pic.

Ah , ok .  So you may have to make these. Not real hard . Dou you have access to a lathe?  That would be for the cable attachment fitting. ... probably  make it without.

Ok you may be able to buy these. The one that goes to cable is called a throttle cable trunnion. If you have a lathe just make one.
The other parts, in the second pic look like they work , just look at the 2 lower parts. They are quite similar to what MPD came with.

I found it under Weber  throttle  linkage .. i think.
Probably off tgecshelf from one of the suppliers,  not real hard to make either.
Those are part of a big pricey kit. , not sure if they sell separate.  I would look around a bit see if you find similar ones , as they are a bit different than what we use.

I would say no, but once you bolt try linkage on they would become a left and a right.
Where are you planning on  getting the carbs from. .. best to get two the same. If you order new , may have your choice of jetting..
Did you recently get the manifold ? Off eBay , maybe ?

If your buying new from Redline, or Pierce, let them know the application & they can / will supply the throttle parts required.

Is that linkage center mount? Do you have a link for the linkage in the secomd pic?
That linkage in the second pic is for carbs with the throttle shafts parallel, not angled like with an MPD manifold. It *might* work, but I suspect there might be some binding transitioning from idle to full throttle and back again? The setup I've settled on uses a couple of spherical rod ends, with the levers on the carb shafts set 90* apart. It took some careful tweaking and spacing of the levers to get it right, and it's a bit of a pain to sync the two carbs for idle, but once set the sync holds until I unbolt the carbs or the two piece manifold.
What size engine are you using the Webs on? We can give you an idea of what settings you should ask for with the new carbs. :)
