76 CB750F rear master swap

Is this the same rear master as on the gl1000 75-78?

Trying to find a good used one or new .

Yes..... I bought a used ‘75 GL1000 rear master, rebuilt it, and used it on my ‘75 cb750F. I recall making a small change to the hose hook up, but it was not an issue. Go for it.

Yep, you will need an adapter for the brake hose...don't remember exactly what
