Great work, very impressive! I need a sandcast to round out my collection. So far I only have a low 3 digit motor on a stand in my rec. room.

Spent the morning setting up the top end build. My buddy Gary comes from Toronto, one day a week, for a “shop day”. Was going to leave it until he showed up, but it magically slid together! Came up to the house to re-read torque procedure notes from PeWe and Hondaman.....

Fortunately, my deep 10 mm socket would fit down to the 6mm bolts. I also wonder why some guys go so tight on the head bolts, I stopped at 18ft lbs.I'm glad, cause I don't have a lathe to fix 'em.
My next diecast engine has 5/16" allen bolts where the 6mm's were.
