CB750A 1978 Parking brake cable

Does anyone have a parking brake cable for a 1978 750A ? I'll take the mechanism with it also if you have both. I live in the UK. I think a 1977 one will fit also.

Honda have a scooter parking brake cable with the same upper end as CB750A.
The lower end has to be modified to fit the CB750A.
