How about something in unfinished oak?

This photo was sent to me without attribution. It gave me a great chuckle,as it might you. Why powdercoat when you can just stain and varnish?

That bike`s been around for quite a while, the builder`s name is Mathias and he`s in Germany.
He shows up at a lot of the ratbike meets there. It`s got an old Honda CB250 engine and needless to say it doesn`t conform to the strict German TUV inspection so it`s trailered to the meets. It`s also known as the Alabama Harley  ;D
