Hey everybody. My son has been gifted a 73 350F and we need to ship it from Belleville ON to Fredericton NB. Looking for a reliable company to take care of this family heirloom. This was the bike that brought me to this community 21 years ago. I had to part with it due to financial stuff and had to sell it so my father in law bought it off me. A couple years later I bought my 750 and spent some great years here since then. Now 18 years later he is passing it on to my 21 year old son who just got his licence. Now the story brings us to the time of a pandemic where the safest option is to ship it here to NB, otherwise its 28 days of quarantine to go get it. You folks here have been a wonderful and supportive community which brings me to this post.
If anyone can make a suggestion or if you know someone who is travelling this way and has some space in a truck or trailer I would be eternally grateful.
If ever there was a creator of bastard sons, it is the open road, for she has claimed so many young men yearning for freedom......

I know Stev-o used Forward Air and was happy with it.

Mackie Transport (Whitby, Ontario) has done several moves for me, and others I know. They also have a huge Harley Davidson dealership and move bikes (and classic cars) all over the country and USA. Give them a call for a quote. As long as you are in no rush and can wait until they have an “East Coast Load”, the price can be reasonable. They also  have specialized trailers and equipment, so no prep required. They just roll the bikes in and strap them down..... the drivers I have worked with are pleasant and extremely professional.
