Still OK with woodburners in the city without any filtration. Energy waste when heating/cooling houses with minimal insulation if any, one glaced windows.
We have triple glaced windows here since the 60's.
In life in general and I have seen at work.. Do not shout out the obvious when one person is an idiot, the risk is high he will become your boss.
Same with the infrastructure, not the best in charge.
