A street legal trials quad that only carries a pint of gas...
It looks a lot like my fantasy vehicle when I was very young.  Fascinating.
I imagine after a couple of runs up and down your driveway, you'd be looking for auxiliary gas tanks and calling Sargent about a seat.
Dude- your 8 layers are showing!

Alright alright!  I get a chance to flex my quad knowledge!

Although this is very cool looking at a glance, I have to ask myself if it would perform any better than a normal racing atv.  The only setting that I can se it being better in would be in turns on a paved surface.  The skinnier tires wouldn't have as much of a problem with binding compaired to the wider tires.  But that is the only advantage I can see.

Sure, it's light weight- but the engine looks to be anywhere from a small 100cc 4 stroke to possibly 250cc (at the biggest).  This puts it's power range somewhere between 10 and (stretching it alot) 25hp.

I don't even thing it would climb rocks better.  I guess it would have a good bit more ground clearance, but if I was playning on rock crawling, I'd want independent rear suspension.

Considering it is a trials bike, and you won't be doing more than 2- 3 mph over rocks and logs and such the amount of fuel shouldn't be an issue.  You don't spend a lot of time climbing and jumping over rocks & trees with your ass in the seat so the size of that shouldn't be a problem either.

Looks like a fun afternoon ;D

This wasn't designed for 50mph trail rides through the mud.

That revolver is awesome.  I saw that in the mags a year or so ago, but like most truely cool designs it will never see mass production.  The engine in it is the same as what's in the predator and it is made by get this: Fugi.

Still a good torquey mill though.  I can't wait for the day that we have street leagal ATV's.  I will be wheelieing everywhere.

No conspiracy theory, here´s the shocking truth:

The 3-wheeled ATV´s are still out there but their riders are now extinct. The riders where distinguished by their small brains and total lack selfcare.

Here´s a very rare video showing one of the last 3-wheeled ATV riders caught in his prime and showing his natural behaviour.

If you want something with speed, check this out.  Saw it on craigslist.  Kawasaki 750 2 stroke with nitrous.
