cl90 maybe?
« on: April 12, 2021, 09:52:38 AM »
A friend is looking at a cb200 cafe racer and sent me a pic. Behind it is a 1969 cl90 in red. I've always thought the s90's were cool. $500 and a title, appears to be all there. I'm bike overloaded and out of room right now but may have the fever for one of these puppies.
I've already been on webike looking at exhausts. Aw jeez, I think it was a setup to sell me the cl.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.

I bypassed the 90s and went from a Sport 50 to a CL160.  A friend had a 69 CL90 modified as an off road bike.  He followed an old Cycle Guide article done by (I believe) Bob Braverman.  I rode it several times and it was a fun ride.  I think the CL90s have a lot of style and I would certainly add one to my garage.
