Dyna 2000 ignition

Hi

Has anyone had a problem with the dyna 2000 not connecting to the curve maker program?
If I try and save any changes I just get a message saying ignition not found .

I have reinstalled the curve maker program multiple times with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated

I believe that some of the 2000s were not "curve-able". Perhaps the earlier ones? The box mine came in states it is. I do not have the program so I have not tried it yet. Can you provide some info on the program and requirements?
