350F oil pump O rings
« on: April 30, 2021, 04:22:35 AM »
After riding for awhile and the engine is shut down, I get a small oil spot on the ground under left side rear of the engine, under the shift pedal.
It appears to come from the bottom of the side cover, oil pump area; I would like to replace its seals.
The manual lists these sizes of O ring for the oil pump:

2 ea. 15 X 2.5 mm
1 ea 63 X 2.5  mm
2 ea 9.9 X 1.5 mm

Are the first dimensions ID or OD? Most important, where can I buy these, or perhaps a complete sealing kit?

TIA

They're still available OEM from Honda. If you looks up a parts fiche you can get the part numbers.

Oil can also leak from the oil pressure sensor.

It will be either the shifter seal or the oil pump cover O ring which is non of those but i think the same as 500 at 46x2.
VERY  ocasionaly oil pressure switch but not often

True -- worth cleaning up the area to verify exactly what it is before buying parts. I just fixed a leak at my pressure switch so it was on my mind.
