Exhaust flange/clamp replacement '76 CB550

The exhaust flanges on my '76 Cb 550 are rusted beyond belief. I definitely want to replace them! Anyway,  my question is: Will I need to replace the collars and gaskets as well before reinstalling the exhaust?

Gaskets yes, collars no unless rusted away
