Running the Engine w/o Lifter Plate
« on: May 16, 2021, 09:30:54 AM »
While I wait for my new clutch lifter plate, is it safe to run the engine for tuning purposes (I noted the pressure plate moves a bit without being attached to the lifter plate)?...or should I attach the broken lifter plate or just wait for the new one before running the engine?

I'm gonna guess running in neutral would be ok.

But I'll be paying attention for other replies, maybe I can learn something.
